Meet Brian Cugliari

Brian Cugliari joined Neiman Law in July 2025 and brings with him six years of experience in affordable housing and community development. As Director of Operations, Brian oversees the firm’s administrative functions while also contributing to legal matters. A licensed attorney in the State of Ohio since 2013, he is excited to continue growing his practice in real estate law.

A native of east-central Ohio, Brian earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minor in Business Legal Studies from Miami University in 2010. He went on to earn both his Juris Doctor and MBA from the University of Toledo in 2013.

Before joining Neiman Law, Brian worked in public accounting with work that included a range of financial and tax credit programs, most notably the New Markets, Historic, and Opportunity Zone incentives. Brian also worked with an affordable housing developer that specialized in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit. He is passionate about real estate projects that strengthen communities and brings that passion and expertise into his work at Neiman Law.

Outside of the office, Brian enjoys golfing, both playing and watching, and is a major fan of Cleveland sports, especially the Browns. He lives in Columbus with his two cats and relishes his role of uncle to his nieces and nephew.

Brian makes sure the Neiman Law office runs like a well-oiled machine and provides polished, knowledgeable service to the firm’s clients.
