Biography
Josh joined Neiman Law as Of Counsel in January of 2022 after moving to Columbus from Denver, Colorado. Prior to joining Neiman Law, Josh’s practiced focused mainly on land use and energy law in the mountain states with a special focus on mineral title examination on fee, federal and tribal lands as well as advising clients on large acquisition and divestiture of land and energy assets.
Since joining Neiman Law, Josh’s practice has shifted to transactional real estate and commercial contract matters including acquisitions, developments, commercial leasing, condominium and community association law, and title review.
In his spare time, Josh enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Emily, and his daughters Charlotte and Margaux.
Josh is currently licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado and is a pending applicant to practice in the state of Ohio.
