Biography
Charlie is a welcome new addition to the firm in September of 2023. Charlie is in his final year of law school at Capital University. Charlie has extensive experience working in law firms, most notably, the Koffel | Brininger | Nesbitt law firm working as a law clerk assisting in criminal defense matters.
Charlie has always had an interest in real estate investment and development and currently manages investment properties in the Columbus area. Charlie has also worked at Parker Realty Associates aiding their commercial transaction team with market research, property analysis, and reviewing transactional documents.
Originally from outside of Boston, MA, Charlie came to Ohio to play lacrosse at Wittenberg University. Charlie later applied to Capital University Law School and enrolled in the peak of the 2020 pandemic. Online classes were not a hinderance to his involvement with the community and while at Capital, Charlie became involved with many organizations and societies. Charlie is currently the president of the Corporate and Business Law Association and has been heavily involved with the Environmental and Energy Law Society as the former President and Treasurer. Charlie also participated in the Attorney General’s Mock Trial competition in 2022. Charlie is at the top of his class and has received two separate CALI awards for receiving the highest grade in a specific class.
Charlie is excited to bring a new perspective on real estate investing, transactions, and other areas of law to Neiman Law. He plans to take the Ohio Bar Exam in July of 2024.
